Thank you for your interest to visit Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah. 

To allow us to assist you better in your booking enquiry, please provide information of your intended visit in this form at least 2 weeks in advance. Our Visitor Services officer will contact you within 3 working days. Please note that submission of the form is not a confirmation of your booking. 

For general group visits, admission into the Permanent Galleries admission charges will apply. Please view our admission ticket price.

Terms and Conditions

All visitors will need to obtain admission tickets from the ticket counter at the ground floor before entering the galleries. To ensure your group visit proceeds smoothly, more information will be provided once your booking is confirmed and you receive a Confirmation Form from us.

Please indicate the time when you would be arriving at the Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah to commence your visit. Our operating hours are Saturday to Thursday 9am to 5pm. We regret that we would not be able to accept group visit requests beyond 3pm.
